  1. Preferred: use the support chat on app.treble.tech — click the chat button in the top-right corner to open the chat (it appears in the bottom-left corner). This is the fastest way to get in touch.
  2. Email fallback: write to support@treble.tech from the email address associated with your Treble account so we can match the request to you.

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your support request:

  • Browser and Version: (e.g., Google Chrome 117.0)
  • Operating System: (e.g., Windows 10, macOS Ventura, Ubuntu 20.04)
  • Description of the Issue: (Provide a brief summary of the problem and when it occurs)
  • Steps to Reproduce: (List the actions taken that led to the issue, if applicable)
  • Screenshot or Screen Recording: (Optional, but can be very helpful for troubleshooting)
  • Error Messages: (Copy and paste any error messages or provide screenshots if possible)
